Each $50 purchase covers one complete evidence packet for one property for the current tax year. This includes the evidence report, pre-filled protest form, affidavit of evidence form, and MCAD driving directions.
Your packet is available for download immediately after payment and remains accessible in your account for the duration of the current protest season.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your evidence packet for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — even if you have already downloaded the packet.
Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We pull property data from public sources including the Montgomery Central Appraisal District (MCAD), county tax records, and MLS sold data. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information before filing your protest.

The evidence reports, analysis methodology, and website content are the property of TX Tax Protest. You may use the evidence packet for your personal property tax protest. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our service shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
